Strength, Flexibility, Peace with Nikki. Hatha yoga in the Sivananda tradition builds strength, flexibility and vitality in the body while calming the mind. The class will include Pranayama (Breathing), Surya Namaskar (Warm up), Asanas (Steady Postures) and Savasana (Corpse Posture).
