One Week Mindfulness Course
tentativeThis evidence-based mindfulness course offers practical tools to work with stress, overwhelm, difficult emotions & life challenges. Rooted in the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, the course weaves together ancient mindfulness practices with insights from neuroscience & psychology. You’ll learn skills to relate differently to stress, physical pain & challenging thoughts. Each session includes guided meditation, reflection & gentle inquiry, suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
