A guided exploration with Mike S. We will seek to tune into our own self-healing ability by doing nothing, consciously stepping back and listening more deeply to our bodies. This is a drop-in class. Recommended preparation for class: If possible, take a 15 minute nap (or quiet rest lying down) at home before class to help avoid dosing and falling asleep.
