tentativeAshtanga Yoga, practiced in its correct sequential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering their fullest potential on all levels of human consciousness: physical, psychological, and spiritual. Classes on Monday to Friday from 9am to 11am (self paced) and Saturday from 9.40am to 11.10am (led primary series). Classes require prior registration only, no drop-ins are allowed.
